- No spam, scraping, or attempts to bypass security.
- Respect other users and local laws.
4. User Content
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content within BandPal to operate the service.
5. Intellectual Property
BandPal’s code, branding, and design are protected. Do not copy or misuse them.
6. Payments (if applicable)
If you purchase subscriptions, you agree to the price, billing cycle, and refund policy shown at checkout. We use third-party processors (e.g. Stripe) and do not store full card data.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers
BandPal is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
